Mobile Notary Services
Whenever you work with Amanda E. Notary, you can trust that you’re in great hands and all notarizations will be expedited with professionalism.

I provide mobile notary services at homes, coffee shops, restaurants, libraries, assisted living communities, banks, hospitals, or any other location of your choice.
$5 per document notarized and a driving fee, depending on distance from Sterling, VA. In addition, it is common to charge extra for appointments beyond regular business hours or emergency house calls. Call or text to get a quote and set up your notary appointment today!

Notary Signing Agent Services
Providing optimal notary services including property sale and purchase, refinance, home equity line of credit, commercial loans, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, annuity settlements, vehicle title loans, affidavits and more.

As a certified NSA through the National Notary Association, I am background screened and carry Errors and Omissions Insurance.

The notary fees are typically paid by the company that hired me to do the loan closing and part of the closing costs. Rates may vary based on number of documents to be notarized and travel distance.
